COSHH risk assessment

Being a domiciliary agency we would like a COSHH risk assessment to be added for cleaning calls and substances that are used with in the individuals homes & an assessment for emergency locations in the home IE water mains , gas & electric so staff know where to locate to turn off in emergency situations
