Nutrition watch change

Can I ask if possible if like fluid watch when you press nutrition watch a simple form pops up that asks:

Supplements yes or no
Food enrichment yes or no

Meals per day

Snacks per day

And then this puts the nutrition watch icon on the chart without having to allocate a time just as the fluid watch one does. That way I can add nutrition watch and then a timed nursing note to check
