wound log details

When a wound is documented is there a way we can add the location and type to the care notes and not just the treatment. The information from the treatment in inadequate, especially when people have multiple wound all dressed by DN as notes are the same. As it already documents the treatment into the care notes from the wound log can this not be added as a feature from the wound and location already selected in the same wound log. from the pre-exisiting at the top where it says description
