Assessment Update - Self Medication

Hi, I'm not sure if this is possible but we've had feedback from a local authorities that they dislike the word 'prompt' in the Self Medication Assessment and wondered if ‘The service user requires prompts to take their medication’ could be changed to ‘The service user requires support to take their medication’.
