Respite Users

For respite users, who access services for only part of a week, it would be ideal if the system could be programmed with their start date/time and end date/time. Rather than closing and reopening the file every time.
Having to do this increases admin time, and opens up for more mistakes to be made when the purpose of MCM is to make things more efficent.
