New Icon - Record Height

it was recommended by a dietician recently that it is good practice to measure heights annually as people shrink with age and BMI data is not correct if it is not changed. you are not able to do this on the system is it something you could look into. the height is an ad hoc tile and not got the facility to add it as a prompt se have had to uses another tile and told staff to add measure to ad hoc when they see this prompt - used personal care other tile I think also it only lets you create prompts that go back 3 months, it would be a good idea if this could also be looked at, it would be useful for prompts when dentist is due or opticians ect
