Resident of the Day review

When we do Resident of the Day we obviously review the resident's care plans and risk assessments etc and these would be seen in those care plans and risk assessments.
We also want to be able to give an overview/overarching comment that says we have done the Resident of the Day review today and reviewed all care plans and risk assessments and brief comments about there being no concerns identified or what those concerns were and what we're doing about them - especially if these concerns sit slightly outside a care plan or risk assessment review - for example the resident's partner told us that two items of clothing were missing and what we're doing about that.
We were thinking that we would do this for each resident by clicking on “Add Daily Record” which then produces a drop-down list. Are you able to add an extra selection in that drop down list that says something like “Resident of the Day report” that would support an easy, navigable route to do an overall report?
