Accident and incident forms

There is the analysis of accidents and incidents where you can set date parameters. This takes you to a list of names with the care note and I have to individually go to each person and click the form to then be able to see the form for more details. I have to do this for each record. Can there be a way when I set date parameters I can have the option to see the care notes or the forms. Forms in one place, as an option would be better for me to audit and follow up and ascertain if any pattern
