OTC cream records

Different Cream charts- e.g. moisturizers, barrier creams, prescribed, OTC. The issue i'm having at the moment is that the creams are constantly recorded as prescribed creams when the vast majority of people are using shop bought creams and GPs are no longer prescribing most creams. When you use the charts on the device it automatically puts cream applied as prescribed.
