Could it be considered having somewhere for the repositioning frequency to be recorded so that when repositing charts are reviewed you don't need to go into the residents care plan to know how often they should be repositioned.
this seems like such a basic function that one would expect and shouldn't have to ask for. It would also be good if the Repositioning chart could highlight any variance in reposition to flag easier when repositioning has been late or completed on time.
