Input Care Notes on Closed Residents File

To be able to add a complement or any daily note to a persons file after its closed. I have tried to do this and it always comes up with an Oooops, temp glitch however it isnt temporary. When raising this in the chat I was told I would have to re-open the file, record in the daily note then re-close. This is time consuming
