Good Afternoon.

Following on from a meeting with our local Tissue Viability team and safeguarding, we have identified that the Wound Care recording is not providing the opportunity to gather all information required. Could changes be made to the system with input from a TVN service. One of the suggestions is that following on from answering the question, Does the wound look infected? can there be a area to confirm what has been done about this?
