Icon/Slider Update - Bath

We really struggle to record accurately on the bathing and washing icons as we cannot be specific enough. I have canvassed the Home Managers and this is what we would suggest:
As well as being asked about baths, I have been asked by colleagues about how to record wash hands/face, so I thought I would suggest these icons/definitions as the range of washing/showering bathing:

 Wash hands/face
 Bed bath
 Hair wash in bed (e.g. with shampoo tray)
 Bath in the tub – body only
 Bath in the tub – body and hair wash
 Shower

I know it seems a bit picky but people are using the bath icon for a shower, or Full body bath as mentioned earlier “including hands and feet”.

So please consider teasing out these differences - often not a problem until you have a query then the records really do need to be accurate.
