Editable SU Response

I run a day centre for adults with learning disabilities and largely help my clients towards independence. I think it is fantastic that we can now edit the pre planned care colour system to personalise the prompt for care notes and description but i would also like to suggest that you make it available to change the Su response so that we can filter reports by something we are tracking rather than the default Done, Declined, Not Present, Refused as we are slightly different to care homes. I would suggest having the option to change to something such as Done - Independent, Done - with support, not present, refused would be a better format for us as we can then use the colour system/reports to track the skill level of our clients and the areas where they are needing support and I would argue in our setting that refused/declined would be similiar and can be explained and personalised to meaning in the care note
