options for falls history

Hello,

Under the assessments area, the options for Falls are:

No History
1 fall within last year
2-5 falls within last year
Often needs supervision and prompting with safety
Mostly needs supervision and prompting with safety
Total dependence to maintain safety

Suggestion: There is no option to say that the resident has not had a fall in more than 1 year, as the other option seems to indicate that the resident has had "no history" of falls at all. Thanks.
