Activities Adhoc - Residents meeting

I am the activities and wellness lead at Worthington lake care home, standish , wigan. I would like to request the idea of adding a Adhoc in the activities section.
I do a monthly Residents meeting. there is not specific Adhoc for this and no alternative at this moment. thankyou
