New Assessment - Vitamin D Administration

There has been a recent change in Care Inspectorate guidance to encourage the administration of Vitamin D supplements to all care home residents - these will not be prescribed by the NHS and therefor will need to undergo an assessment by the care home. Guidance to assessing is available through the care inspectorate.
Could PCS please use the CI guidance to create an assessment for the appropriate use of Vitamin D supplement for a care home resident?
