fortified Milk tile

Please could we have a tile on the nutrition support for fortified Milk for undernutrition residents, This has been flagged on an inspection that only Normal Milk is being put on.

We have also noticed that when we use that catheter bag emptied tile the slider does not record at times the amount of output and log it correctly.
