Falls check report

Under charts could we have a tab for falls checks? Currently we are completing falls checks on the PCS device and also in paper form as when my manager has needed paperwork for after a fall she as unable to print the after falls checks as there wasn't a tab available so has put the paper checks in place alongside the PCS checks.
