Pad check icon not to have needed changing info

On the pad check icon it automatically states "pad needed changing", as this is a general and add hoc icon for all residents it isn't on the planned care for us to alter. Can this be changed to have no written statement and be left blank for us to add information as needed. When reviewing residents care needs and checking for a particular care input it is time consuming to read all pad checks etc.
