Make it possible for wounds to be classed as pre existing after the first time they have been documented.

While reviewing our wounds, I noticed that when I printed out The Wound Summary from reports, that every wound, unless it was present when the resident was admitted to the home, is classified as a new wound, and makes it look like we have a load of new wounds every month. Surely the wound can only be new the first time it is identified, after that it must be Pre existing.
