We love the option to record "Food choice" and what a person has eaten. We currently use manual records to record food choices (Which I hate!!!). I would like the staff to record the food choice and for the "lunch" or " supper option" to be used to just record how much has been eaten/ where and any changes from the original choice etc. This would work currently but then the "food chart" and "meal chart" would not show what has been offered and therefore eaten. The solution would be to include the "food choice" information on the meal and food chart reports (with a toggle box at the top so it can be removed or included).
This will mean that we can demonstrate choice offered and care staff would spend less time documenting lunches after eating and I could get rid of the paper.
