tab for care notes

Hiya, Just a suggestion or an idea. I would be very efficient to have tab for notes for clients example: if a client has been referred to hospital for an appointment or he is invited to attend at a community centre for activity or put down date when meds were collected from pharmacy. Please let me know if that makes sense if not, I am more than happy to elaborate on it. Thanks
