Communication Platform

Although we are aware you can send 10 messages to team members we feel that a communication platform that links to all handsets and team members would be really beneficial. It is very time consuming sending a message to multiple people individually selecting them one at a time. The ideal is to have a 'send to all' function where we can communicate to the whole team. The 10 message only option is also very limiting. A communication platform would be beneficial for sharing multiple information entries to all staff. Can you help please?
