water bottle refresh

We would like to see a tile added to the hand held devices so that we can record that water bottles (or whatever container) has been refreshed. Evidencing that water has been refreshed every day is something that is inspected by CQC and CCG. A tile would be a quick and effective form of evidencing rather than relying on individuals remembering to do this in a free text box
