Customise Residents

Could you please make some updates as to customise the items in the adhoc for each residents? If there is an option to add or remove items to/from the adhoc, it will be helpful.
For example, Residents without bed rails does not need "bed rails checked" in their adhoc, thus it can be removed from their adhoc.
