Dates

Last year we had to move some of our residents from one GP surgery to another so they would be all under one GP. When I edited the GP information to the new surgery it did not record date of editing now my GP is asking for the transfer date and I cannot locate this information. It would help on the drop down list there could be a date of change of any personal information.
