Thanks for the explanation. Would it be prudent for the move in date field to be configured to return a Null value if its left blank or at least a date which can be handled by PowerQuery (> circa 1750 I think)

Good morning,

This is because the staff member that originally created these files did not fill out the 'Moved in' date for the resident. This will need to be manually done when files are created as when files are created this does not automatically mean the resident moved in on that date. This will need to be updated by a staff member within the home.

I've extracted via API a list of all current residents and noticed that circa 54 of them all have their move in dates set as 01/01/0001. This is presumably a system error and I have provided an example below.
Please can the system error be rectified to prevent a repeat of this and for those records effected please set the move-in date to the same as the 'Date file was opened' Thank you
