TEP to be in the front page

Dear Team
Treatment Escalation Plan (TEP) to be shown on the front sheet same as DNAR/CPR, this is to support our residents having comfort in their homes and avoid sending our residents to hospital unnecessary.

This will be a brilliant idea.
