ADL Communication with others

Could we have an ADL which groups all communication with others together e.g. Manager, Relatives, HCP, Doctors etc. Currently these are split across processes and medical and you can't see them all together and even within Medical you can't just select those you would communicate with, you have to see all other medical entries.
