Concise information on individuals

We have been told recently that there is not a way to print off concise information regarding individuals, we require this for paramedics. Paramedics do not need to see the entire hospital pack. It would be helpful to have concise information to be able to print for paramedics or any other emergency service. The information they would require is DNR, SPN, ACP, Most recent medical entries and the front page. As a care home I am sure that other care homes would benefit from this as well.
