GP contact detail issue

I am writing from Normanton Retirement Home in Shrewsbury. We have recently started using your software and I have just begun to upload resident data. When trying to input GP details the system tells me that I cannot use name and email because they are already in the system (even though this was first time I had tried to input them).

I explored this issue with your Tech support team (who are excellent by the way) and it appears that the reason I can't input this data is because it is being used by another PCS customer ie another care home in our area has input this GP's details.

Clearly this is an issue that will occur again and again because care homes local to each other will use the same GP.
