Hi guys, we’ve noticed that if a resident has been suspended within Monitor for one type and reason (e.g., Hospital admission – hip operation), and is then unsuspended (all works fine at this point), and then on another occasion is suspended again but this time via the MCM app (mobile phone) for a different reason (e.g., day trip to Blackpool with daughter), Monitor re-shows the previous suspension type & reason (e.g., Hospital admission – hip operation) and not the reason typed into the MCM app. The MCM app doesn’t provide a list of Suspended Types to select from as Monitor does, it's only a text entry. The relevant care note is created ok but the Suspended info within the resident's dashboard and resident details within Monitor isn’t modified so is inaccurate. It’s simply put back to the previous one added via Monitor initially.
Is it therefore possible to add Suspended Type options to the MCM app Suspended care note? Would this resolve this issue?
I've added some screenshots examples of 2 scenarios tested in the attached file.
Many thanks, Steve
