In the contacts section, there is a section for Specialists, but there is no "relationship" type of Specialist. You can only select a specific one that already exists like Psychiatrist, however there are only a handful of specialisms noted that you can select. If its not there, you either have to select Doctor, or Professional. Selecting either of those then lists the contact in a different section.
If there was an option to select Specialist as a relationship, that would help and you can then add a note to expand on the type of specialist.
