Terms of practice

In modern day Psychiatry, we teach and practice with terms appropriate to not subconsciously label residents/service users/clients(patient's) negatively in terms describing what they are doing(presentation). The term "Challenging behavior"(CB) has long since been phased out and replaced by the more appropriate term "Behavior that challenges us" BCU. Can we update terms to reflect the person centered care we give that Tom Kitwood would be proud of?
