End of Life Care

There should be a form to cover the Five Priorities for Care for End of Life Care of the dying person. CQC is fully committed to ensuring the quality of end of life care is subject to continual improvement and is included in the inspection process.
NICE Guidelines (NG31 published Dec 2015) also recommend implementation of the five priorities.
