Keep important icons on the device all day

Hi, after having some issues today with fluid icons I was advised to put my suggestion here. I was told that when several recordings are done more or less at the same time, the system would push out some of those recordings on the mobile device. My issue is that the system pushed out recordings for drinks (it was recorded that the resident was offered a coffee and juice but when staff wanted to make recoding how much they drunk it, they could not find the recording). Can the system be adjusted so it would not push out most important icons such as fluid input and output, repositioning, etc. The ones that need/can be revisit during the day. There is no harm if the system pushing out the recording of helping with brushing teeth, making the bed, adjusting the curtain etc,. as staff would not need to go back to those. Thank you. xx
