stop quick care plans from automatically defaulting to long-term one

I am writing to address a critical issue we've been experiencing with the current settings for populating long-term care plans. As a unit with rehab hospital beds that relies on quick turnover of patients, long-term care plans are unsuitable for our operational needs.

Currently, each time we add or edit a quick care plan, we must manually untick the box that defaults to long-term care plans. This repetitive task is prone to oversight, particularly in our busy work environment. Consequently, we have lost numerous quick care plans, leading to significant inefficiencies and lost work hours.

Could you please adjust the settings so that this box remains unticked by default? This change would align better with the nature of our workflow. Here are my suggestions:

1. The box should stay unticked once it has been marked so, irrespective of any subsequent edits to the document.

2. Users who need to convert a quick care plan into a long-term plan should have the option to manually enable this feature rather than forcing every quick care plan to long-term one.

3. At the very least, a prominent warning should alert users when a quick care plan is about to be converted into a long-term
