I believe the wound care summary report must be enhanced with a more comprehensive wound analysis. For instance, if a wound review is scheduled for every other day but a dressing change is missed, the report should reflect the number of missed dressing changes within a given period. This detailed information is essential for ensuring consistent and effective wound care management. Also, the chosen review date should always be shown on every wound review to reflect accuracy and consistency.
