Can post-falls checks and SBARD documents be added or linked to accident/incident form?

It would be beneficial that automatic post falls check ok can be automatically added to an accident form. As they are generated by a fall, they can be linked to that specific fall.

Also if the SBARD form can be added to the accident form would be beenficial.

Linked care notes extended from 6 hours to match post fall analysis would also be beneficial. So that we can link neuro obs, news2, soft signs, etc.
