adding 'Care Partner' to relationship info/ relationship type section

hi is it possible to have 'Care Partner' added to the drop down selection in relationship info/ relationship type when adding significant people to the resident's profile?
we are working on a project with NHS and DoH as they are developing an overall policy for this
