changing 24 hour fluid time to 12am-12am.

We have recently joined PCS and In regards to the fluid monitoring icon, this is not suitable as a 24 hour period being from the hour you are looking at it, it should be set 12am-12am, allowing staff to know what the person has had within their shift and then for our service the nurses escalating if not enough fluid has been provided/taken. we are having to still use paper document to record fluid otherwise intake is not being upheld. The idea moving onto pcs was to remove paper based evidence not using both online and paper. I would appreciate if this idea could be evaluated and implemented to show a more practical way of tracking fluid input.
