Incidents/accidents

In my care setting, Nurses COMPLETE an incident form however the manager sends safeguarding and CQC notifications. In order to add notification references I then have to re open the form to add these details before I sign the incident report off. By doing this , nurses name will be replaced to my name. Is there an option to amend this feature so that managers can add safeguarding and CQC information without re-opening the file.
