The generated note of the damp tile should be made editable for the staff to suit the of the service

I have an idea as regard the Damp tile which when used by my team do generate a form of contradictory note. This happens as result of staff changing the pad despite been damp.
You will agree with me that this happens because the dignity of a client needs to be kept at all time as the pad sometimes can loose its compatibility due to clients having gone through the process of hoisting etc.
I therefore recommend that the damp tile which automatically generates notes should either be removed or be made editable by staff to suit the need of the service.
