Sub Headings for Front Page File Information

Hello, I would like to suggest more subheadings for easy reading of the file information sections that appear on the front page for each resident/service user. This would allow us to breakdown information we have so that carers can see it more clearly and efficiently. It would also enable us to give a more personalised service. Some key sub heading suggestions would be Activities, What's important to me, Food and drink preferences, Care preferences, Funding and Power of Attorney.
