Birthday alerts

It would be great if there can be a birthday alert or reminder for staff and residents birthdays. Ideally if the alert can be 2 or 3 days ahead of the date, it would give time for the home to plan the celebration. This will then save time for the care home in updating and maintaining birthday lists on excel or so.
