additional icons for equipment needed

hi,
I have noticed that there are no options to add/create additional icons for additional equipment. for eg if you have an individual using falls mat, motion sensor, epilepsy mat, sensor, crush mat etc there seems tobe no option to complete the checks for all these devices.
looking at activities for eg there is an option to add and create your own icon for a different activity and i can't quite get my head around why this can't be added to the equipment check. the purpose of this app is to transition from paper to digital but it seems that we may have to revert to paper format in some areas.
