Looking for names to login

Hi, is there any way that mcm team can help us to be able to search for our names instead of looking for it? I wish this can be done. This is because, it takes us ages to look for our names, especially when the names are not listed alphabetically. And there are so many staff on the drop down list. This can really help us save time too. Thank you
