Variable Care Plan Review Dates (

Hi - we would like to be able to select variable review dates for specific care plans
i.e. End of Life - so although we have created a plan for future wishes/choices etc, the person is not end of life currently so once all info in, we could review again in 3 months for example but currently no option. we feel that there may be 5 or 6 care plans we could currently do this with across our organisation
