Food Texture Descriptors

I am a speech therapist who has started using the system within a care home setting recently and I have noticed that when the staff pick on the nutrition assessment tool that a resident is on a 'level 7 easy chew' diet that it populates the service users details with their Food Texture as 'Regular and Easy to Chew'. Obviously Easy to Chew foods are part of a regular diet, however the way this is formatted it insinuates that the resident can have both regular and easy chew textures, which they cant if they are advised to take an Easy to chew diet, because Regular foods would potentially be a greater choking risk. This strikes me as confusing to staff and a potential risk. I would suggest that when the user selects level 7 easy chew on the assessment that it just come sup with 'Food Texture - Easy to Chew (level 7)'.
